Ideas about how to check in online with Meridiana airlines

Hi everyone
We are flying to Naples on Sat 29th from Gatwick - the trip was booked via Flexibletrips and the flights are with Meridiana (flight IG0372). I am trying to check us in online but it says it needs either a registration number (11 digits) or a 6 digit code starting with D or E. I have been right through all our paperwork we received and none of the numbers on it fit either of those descriptions.

Does anyone have any ideas that may help? I would really appreciate your advice!

BTW I have emailed the booking company and Meridiana and not yet received a reply from either

Emails are easy to ignore (or sometimes they wind up in your Junk file - check there) but phone calls tend to eventually get picked for most customer services places.

Try calling the third party booker (not always a good idea - if there is any problem A points to B and B points to A) who is probably the only entity who can help you.

I hope the third party did everything they needed to, and that your trip is a happy one...
