I just wanted to post an update on my Borghese ticket situation that I posted about a few days ago. I did send an email explaining that I purchased the incorrect day and asked if they could be refunded or swapped for the originally intended date. They very graciously refunded me and explained that the exchange is not possible. Fortunately the day I want is April 25, a national holiday, and tickets for that day will be made available on April 15, so there is still a chance! (Thanks, Kate!)
