We are arriving in Como from Milan and want to take the hydrofoil to Bellagio. Can tickets be bought online for this one-way service and where can we find the time schedule?
Faster but not as scenic as regular ferry service where you’ll see the lake views.
How are you arriving from Milan?
If by train, take the Trenord from Cadorna station and you will arrive at Lago station, walking distance to the ferry dock. If you go from Milano Centrale station, you will arrive at San Giovanni station and need a taxi or local bus to get to the ferry dock.
How much quicker is it? We took the hydrofoil on that route once and I found it quite unpleasant. Very crowded and no room to walk around. You can't see much. Maybe we were spoiled because we'd just been on a gorgeous ferry in Switzerland. But for the rest of the trip we did short trips from Bellagio on the regular ferries and they were much more pleasant. If speed is important, consider a bus
