Human Chess Game in Marostica (near Venice)

Hi! I will be in Venice the same weekend of the Human Chess game is being performed. Has anyone ever seen the human chess game performance? I would love to hear your reviews and get advice about seating.

We visited Marostica at a different time, and so can't comment on the game. However, the town is worth an hour or two. The nearby town of Bassano del Grappa is more interesting. It straddles the Brenta River, and there are views of the Alps. There are a number of small museums, a castle, a covered bridge designed by Palladio, and some good restaurants.
