How to travel /Fly to Rossano

I am not sure how to get to Rossano from Venice. I assume best to fly and then is there a train?

You could fly to LaMezia Terme or Bari, then take a train or bus. Check rome2rio to start to compare options, it will link you to transportation web pages.

You might look at flights from Venice-Naples then a bus to Rossano.
