I have read online that you can purchase an audio tour to skip lines at Pantheon or reserve on a Sunday. What is the best website or option for doing this online in advance? Thank you!
Download Rick's audio and listen at your own pace.
Tickets are only needed for audio tours or entry on weekends. If you get to the Pantheon just before it opens at 9 am it should be fairly quiet and admission is free. Check the Pantheon website for information about mass times and the history of the church. It is a relatively small building . Rick’s Rome guide gives a comprehensive overview of the building and its history; imo an audio guide is not needed if you have read this. I like to just absorb the atmosphere of a building that has been a house of worship for over 2000 years and this is best done first thing in the morning. It is one of my favourite stops when in Rome.
This is the Pantheon's website:

You can book an reserved entry time for Saturdays, Sundays or holidays here:

I like the idea of just getting there first thing in the morning on a weekday. :O)
We were in Rome for a week in June and we stayed right next to the Pantheon. Not once did we see a line to get in. It flows right in. I don't believe it is necessary to try and skip the line. Just make sure you are dressed appropriately because they were turning people back.
The reports of lines dates from the pandemic. Even though there is no entrance fee, since it was an interior space and part of Rome (as opposed to the Vatican) it was required to check vaccination cards, and they may have limited the number of people inside. All this created a bottleneck, and there were indeed long lines, stretching around the piazza.
Sounds like that has subsided now, green passes are no longer checked, so back to the old days of just wandering in.
so back to the old days of just wandering in.
Except on weekends and holidays: reservations are still required one day in advance (according to their website).
Take a look at in/out activity at any given point of the day here:
