How to pay a transit ticket in Italy forom abroad after a couple of Years?

I got a transit fine in Italy in the year 2014 dirving a rented car
As my credit card was blocked for some reanos awhen the fiens arrived they were not payd by the credit card.
After some years I received the fine in Brasil but I took to long to pay. \No I want to pay but the protocol numbers are too old
Whom should I contact in Italy to get the current PRotocol numbers to pay the bill?
