We were driving across Sicily on A20 between Messina and Palmero and didn't have the cash to pay the toll. There was no attendant and no more toll booths before we arrived in Palermo. We have asked several places how to pay, and no one seems to know. Does anyone know of a web site so we can pay within the 15 days to avoid additional charges?

I think they accept only bank transfer (wire)

There you can see the BIC and IBAN. Your bank will know what those are.
U need to specify under CAUSALE (reason for transfer) the vehicle Data and date (vehicle model, License plate, date and approximate time you exited).
