Your statement is much too vague to expect any type of helpful reply.....

  • what's your budget
  • where are you traveling from
  • what's your travel style

and much more.

Thinking travel fm Orlando to Palermo and other cities. Stay nights in each. At least 2 or 3. Fly into Palermo and maybe leave from another airport.

This is not a travel agency that prepares packages. You would book everything on your own, or take a tour.

You need to do some research yourself.

Start here:

And then

https://www.ricksteves.com/europe/italy/naples

And

https://www.ricksteves.com/europe/italy/pompeii-herculaneum

And

https://www.ricksteves.com/europe/italy/amalfi-coast

Of course, Rick’s materials skip other southern Italy areas such as Puglia and the Cilento region. Lonely Planet has pocket guides for those. (LATE NOTE: The Naples, Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast Pocket Guide includes nearby islands such as Capri and Ischia, as well as the Cilento region)

Knowledgeable posters on this forum often suggest 10 days to 2 weeks minimum for Sicily alone.

RS has a guided tours for Sicily and for Southern Italy. https://www.ricksteves.com/tours. Road Scholar and other vendors such as Overseas Adventure Travel are alternatives.

Once you decide where to go and if you’re on your own, go to Expedia or Booking.com and put your trip together.

Your title and first post are asking 2 different things. Your title suggests you want information on how to plan a trip that includes several unnamed cities. Your post suggests you are looking for a tour. Totally different things. The second is easier- compare prices, itineraries, and inclusions/exclusions for several of the better known tour companies. And be satisfied with the restrictions that come with a fixed itinerary. Information on all the better known tour providers are easily found online.

Planning your own trip requires a lot more research, but can allow you to travel at your own pace, and see exactly what you want to see and do, although without the economy of scale that large tour companies can provide. RS has a whole section on how to get started: https://www.ricksteves.com/travel-tips/trip-planning

Or you could hire a travel advisor to do it all for you, for an add cost.
