Worth mention, in regards to "sticker shock", is while you only want to employ this driver for a couple of hours, they have to return to the starting point with an empty car, thus the cost to cover their time + petrol.

Yes thanks the hotel told us about the holiday and gave us driver information. But expensive. Hotel helped us with correct holiday schedules and two different buses to take to Tirano since train is shut down until September.
