I fly into Pisa early Sunday 10/11 and need to get to Pienza by Monday early afternoon to start a tour. I checked trenitalia and italia rail and I can get a train from Pisa to Siena which is 50km nw of Pienza but there were no trains from Siena to Pienza. Anyone know how I can get there? Any regional bus lines ,etc?

You will need to take bus #112A Siena-Buonconvento-Montepulciano- route. Pienza is the stop before Montepulciano.
The Fall schedules are not available yet, but you can get an idea of schedules.
Take the 112 bus from Siena. http://www.sienamobilita.it/en/orari.html
