How to get from Rome to Siena?

We will be staying in the Travestere area and then traveling to Siena 2 nights and on to Florence. What is the best way to get to Siena?

Thanks for the schedule! Are the bus stations near the train in Rome?

Take the train from the Termini Station. It will be a regional train with one stop along the way. Train is faster.
