In 2017, my husband and I took 2 trips to Alghero, Sardinia. We flew Alitalia from Rome to Alghero and back to Rome, easy 1 hour flights. We are returning to Alghero, via a stop in Rome, after a Rick Steves Sicily tour in April 2019, and are unable to find non-stop flights between Rome and Alghero. Alitalia apparently has eliminated this service, and I can't find any other airlines offering non-stop flights on this route. Does anyone have information regarding transportation between Rome and Alghero? Are there any other airlines covering this route non-stop? I don't know if I've overlooked something in my search. Thanks so much for your help.

I believe that Blue Air is the only airline that now flies that route non-stop.
