Is there a train that can get from Liverno to Cinque Terra?

Assuming you mean Livorno, yes, there is. There are two train stations in Livorno, and there are five towns in the CT, so you can pick the ones you're interested in and use the trenitalia website to find out more. http://www.trenitalia.com/ Choose English. Happy travels.

Sue, That's a very easy trip! There are direct trains from Livorno Centrale to La Spezia Centrale with a travel time as short as 1H:08M. Once you arrive in La Spezia, you may have to transfer to the local train that serves the Cinque Terre. Which if the five villages are you planning to stay in? Happy travels!
