Howdy! What's the best way? I see that it is possible to take the bus, though would prefer something a bit faster. Is it possible to always get a cab when I am there? or Uber?

You can certainly get there with a Florence taxi for over 50 euro, but I don't know about the return trip. The place is in Bargino, which is in the municipality of San Casciano, and I'm not sure if there are taxicabs that can be summoned from San Casciano. In any case I'd look into the Antinori website and see if you can organize transportation through them.
Uber in Italy operates only Uber Black (a black limo service), since the traditional Uber service where a private driver uses his/her car for that purpose is illegal in Italy (only licensed taxi drivers or limo drivers can provide that service)
