I am trying to research ticket options, etc on the Borghese Gallery website and other websites but can’t find a place to translate to English. I am using my iphone if that matters.

Are you looking at the official website? On my iPad it has the language choice in the upper right corner.

If you click on “Buy”, the next page comes up in Italian, but there is a button to “Buy Tickets” that will take you to the English page, liked this:

In general, many websites for tourist sites will have an option to show the website in English. Often they will show a UK flag in one of the corners and you click on that. Sometimes you select the menu (usually three parallel bars) and the language option will appear. For example, on the Borghese site when you click on the menu, ”ITA ENG” appears and you click on ”ENG”.
