How to change a return date in trenitalia?

Hello!
Yesterday I bought two tickets from Rome to Florence (round trip) online in trenitalia website. When I printed the tickets I realized that I had made a mistake in our return date. I have been trying to change the return date following all the steps but they don't allow me, and an error shows up. I tried to call the costumer service phone number but there's an answering machine asking for your contact information and I don't believe they will return my call. Is it possible to change the return date at the train station in Rome (Roma termini).
Thank you for your help!

Did you take into account the time difference between where you are and Italy? That could be the reason you reached an answering machine. Try again during their business hours.

If you purchased a super-economy ticket, keep in mind that no changes are permitted.

Thank you Zoe for your kind reply. I am not sure if I took into account their time. I am in New York.
I did buy a super economy ticket in business class from Rome to Florence, but from Florence to Rome the ticket is economy in first class. This is the one I want to change. Do you think it matters that the first one is super economy?

crisribuy, this is what I see on the trenitalia website about economy:
.

Changes are allowed once from the issuing date up to train departure, only at ticket desks or at the issuing travel agency (with the exception of web agencies), in accordance with the opening hours of same. The departure date or time can be changed only for the same train category or service purchased, subject to a change fee (which is equal to the difference to the corresponding full Base price). The new ticket (called Economy ticket change;) has the same characteristics of the Economy ticket. For tickets requiring collection at self-service tellers, you must first collect your printed ticket and then apply at a ticket desk.
.
If you look up the ticket prices (as if you are buying) and click on the "I", it brings up all the terms and conditions.
