Hi all, I am trying to decide on our transportation for Venice and we have a 15 year old daughter. It sounds like the rolling venice card will help but as far as I can tell you have to buy it when you get there? I was hoping to buy the ACTV card now because apparently there is a savings if you buy it ahead. I cant tell what the savings will be if we buy the ACTV card now so maybe we should just buy everything there ? We will be there for 3 nights. Thanks

Just wait till you get there. It is currently high season for Venice connected discounts. the lower prices won't kick in until November 1. You will only save a couple of euro by buying online. Also you can only get the Rolling Venice card in Venice at any Hellovanezia desk. There is one in the airport and train station as well as other places. www.hellovenezia.com
