How to best communicate w/a Venetian Mask Company about a missing shipment

On June 18th we purchased (2) masks totaling $171.84 from La Bottega Dei Mascareri, a mask store in Venice. The shop owner agreed to ship our items, to arrive shortly after July 7th. It's now August 3rd, and no masks.
I sent an email requesting shipping details to the store via their website. I included a .pdf of the receipt that included our shipping address and the credit card receipt.
That was two weeks ago, and still no word.
Any guidance on how to handle this matter would be greatly appreciated.
