Hello, Due to a short amount of time in Rome, how much time should I alot to seeing the Scala Sancta (do not plan on climbing up on knees), San Pietro in Vincoli, and Santa Maria in Cosmedian?? Thanks for any and all help in advance!!

We spent about 1/2 hour in San Pietro in Vincoli.. I spent 15 - 20 minutes gazing at Michelangelo's Moses, and the rest of the time looking at the chains and some other pieces of art and the building itself. I don't think you need a lot more time than that. "Moses" was one of my favorite objects I saw in Rome. Jim

If you don't plan on doing the climb then 10 minutes should be enough. For the other churches I would say at least a half hour. It's hard to give an estimate as I don't know what your interest level is. Donna
