Flying out of Rome to BCN at 955 at night.
If I catch a flight that arrives into FCO at 735 pm, is that enough time for me to grab my bag for baggage claim and re-check (same terminal...T3)? Thanks, all.

If your flight is on time it shouldn't be an issue. But what do plan on doing if you can't collect the bag and make the flight? If your bag can't be checked through to your final destination that means you have separate tickets and the airline does not need to accommodate you in any way if you miss your flight. Take a carry-on bag only and eliminate the problem.
