with only 11 days and since you are travelling in March I would suggest skipping Cinque Terre. Fly into Rome and out of Venice ( or vice versa would work)
focus on the three major locations, Rome, Florence and Venice. It's up to you how to split the time but something like 4-5 days Rome, 3-4 days Florence and 3-4 days Venice is usually a good start

As much as we love the CT, Toni's plan makes sense. If you must go to the CT, do it after Rome and before Florence. Are you aware about the flooding issues in Vernazza?

Rome, Florence, and Venice make sense in March. As much as CT needs tourist dollars right now, in March, your time is probably best spent in the big 3. If art's not your thing, you may have too much time in Florence. However, it makes a great base to explore Tuscany via day trips, so I think your time there is pretty good, unless you want to stay in a Tuscan town to get that experience (always recommended, by the way). To fully experience Italy, you've got to see the countryside, and hopefully spend a night there. Have fun!

Plan another visit to Italy in the later spring or summer and visit the Cinque Terre then. You will have a great time in Rome, Florence and Venice.
Happy Travels!
