How Long to Receive Colosseum Ticket Vouchers

I purchased entrance and tour ticket for the Colosseum through the Coop Culture website on Sunday and haven't received my vouchers via email yet. Does anyone know about how long it should take to receive the vouchers? I'm hoping my order didn't get lost.

You should get the email almost instantly. Have you checked your spam/junk mail folder?

I have and nothing is there. I emailed Coop Culture but haven't received a response from them either. I suppose I should call them. Thanks for the response!

I also ordered Sunday and received the payment receipt and voucher within minutes. The voucher did go to my junk mail folder. Did you get a payment receipt?

Belinda--- did you find it yet? Or get a response from Coopculture?

I am supposed to book 5 tickets online (just entry, not a tour) and am a little concerned over reports of people not receiving the voucher. But I am planning on doing "print at home" so maybe that is a different process?

Lola-I neither received the vouchers or received a response from Coop Culture via email, although it hasn't been too long for an email response. I'm hoping things get sorted out soon!

I have been trying to purchase tickets on their website for 2 days but the site kept timing out. I called yesterday and was told their ticketing system is down due to some issue they are resolving. If you don't get an email response back, I would definitely call to check on your vouchers!

I think I will wait to purchase until the website is working better. They may be experiencing stress over the weeklong closure of the underground tours in July (see the thread on that topic). We aren't going until October so It can wait.
