how long to get email confirmation from colosseum?

Hi all:

I ordered my underground tix by phone this morning and still don;t have the email confirmation. Does it usually take awhile? Or should I call back - probably a mistake with my email?

You should call them back. Be sure to spell it phonetically using Italian words as guides. A-for Antica, E- for Ercolano....etc..
