How long is taking from landing to exiting the Malpensa Airport?

I will be arriving next Thursday at the Malpensa Airport in Milan and I'm trying to coordinate my transportation, can anyone tell me how long it has taken them to go from the moment they landed till they were either in a taxi or on the express train to town? I know this is always dependent on how many planes have landed within a certain period of time but I would like to get a rough idea of how long it will take.
Thanks

My memory is about an hour. Not excessive, so nothing ever hit me to think much about it. As they say, YMMV.

It's a long walk to the train, but it's never taken more than an hour.

An hour should do it BUT I would add another hour to just cover delay arrival or long immigration lines. It can happen.

You can also consider the time it takes to exit the plane. If you are sitting in the back of a large aircraft, that alone could take 20 minutes or longer as opposed to if you are up front. Also, none of that matters if you check your bags, because that can add at least 30 minutes or more.

So, if you just have carry on bags and have a good seat to exit the plane quickly will cut down on time. That aside, it depends on what day or time you arrive and how many people might be working at customs. When we arrived in Milan, ours was the only flight, so we got through relatively fast.

Lastly, if all this is to catch a train or bus into the city, the trains come relatively quickly. Ironically our intention was to get into Milan by bus, but when we passed the ticket office for 2 different bus lines,, there were long lines, so we headed for the train which was just a short walk within the terminal. There is a room where you buy your tickets, (there was no line) we bought our ticket from a person rather than machine, but a train was already waiting.

We arrived in Milan early Friday morning at around 9am and we were in Milan and at our hotel before 11:00.

My best time was 30 minutes. I was just behind the exit so I was one of the first to de-board the plane. I had my bag with me (no checking luggage) and was one of the first 5 in the line for immigration. My worst was an hour 40 min. We were more towards the back and 3 other planes landed when we did. They also only had 4 lines open at immigration that morning. Same thing we didn't check luggage. If you check luggage allow extra time, but carry on you should be ok in around 1 hr, 1hr 10 min

Like Robert I was off a very early arrival from Singapore and through the airport very quickly after a short wait for luggage - maximum 45 mins.

I was there a few weeks ago and it took around 2 hrs. But we stopped to buy a sim card which had lines , getting luggage, stopped at an ATM and walked to the long way to the car rental place. If you only get luggage I would allot 1 hr.
