How late are Oltrarno artisan shops open from Monday to Saturday? (Florence)

Hello, I will be visiting Florence on the second week of October. I read that there are family owned shops along Via Maggio in the Oltrarno district. I would prefer to visit the museums first then finish the day with window shopping. How late are the shops open?
