We would like to arrive in Capri early to beat the crowds. How early do boats start running (especially the hydrofoils)?

The Navigazione Libera del Golfo (NLG) is the only company operating regular service from Positano to Capri (one fast boat a day each way). I show a departure time from Positano at 9:15 (see link below).
However, in addition to the above NLG regular boat service, there are also several private boat operators which offer daily boat excursions for tourists. They generally include a meal and it's a whole day excursion to Capri and the Blue Grotto. They all depart from Positano at about 8 to 10 am, weather permitting.
