Hello,
We are trying to book a timed ticket to the Colosseum in order to meet up with our 10:25 COOP tour. Is an hour ahead enough time?
Thanks

Not sure what you are asking.
You should arrive 10 mins at least before the scheduled time. But that’s assuming that you find the place amidst the chaos of 2018 colosseum. We we there about 80 mins early. Should my booking sheet on my phone to any random guard and he showed me where to go. I found the coop culture area and talked to another guy who led me- but not my family - in the print the tix. He said come back 10 min before tour. We went and grabbed lunch and skipped the whole line and had a personal security check. It was great. Btw this was 2 days ago.
You should arrive at least 30-45 minutes before your scheduled tour time. If you just have entry tickets 15 minutes is fine.

To explain further, we have a Belvedere/ Underground Tour of the Colosseum for 10:25 am. I did not purchase the general admission ticket when I purchased the tickets for this special tour. So now I am trying to buy the general admission tickets and I see that they are timed. I am wondering what time I should book the general entry to the Colosseum.
Thank you, Donna!
I booked the same ticket , ie Underground and Belvedere tour and the Colosseum entry was included in the price. I don’t think you buy them separately. The only thing I was worried about is I thought I saw somewhere that I couldn’t access the Forum/Palatine Hill until after my Colosseum Tour..
As I learned last Thursday, the Underground/Belvedere tour does get cancelled in the event of heavy rains. Rome had afternoon thunderstorms last week and my tour was cancelled. I was able to tour the coliseum on my own.
Having seen my refund yet.
