How can I find a map of Naples' new ZTLs?

I've driven in Naples a couple times, all with easy (aka no ZTL traps) access to the Autostrada. I read tonight a Naples blog newsletter saying that in Oct 2011 Naples will impose even more ZTLs plus some new ped only zones, all of which appear to be in the areas in which all of us tourists take hotel rooms. But the article is as clear as mud regarding the exact locations. Is there a map of this new plan somewhere on the web? thanks. I asked The Google but it was clueless.
