Are the gold shops on the Ponte Vecchio open on Sunday in mid-september? If so, what hours?

Not sure about September, but when I was there last week of July they were open. Quick search on my maps app shows some hours indicate open Sunday’s until 7pm

Caveat emptor. I tooked a guided small group walking tour some 10-12 years ago and the tour guide said it's one of the worst places to buy gold, with inflated prices. She also said most (all?) the shops are owned by the same people so there isn't any actual competition or bargains to be had.
