I would appreciate hearing from any of you who have favorite hotels ***with parking* ** that are also within reasonable walking distance to the historic sites in the city / town/ village centers of Siena, Pienza, and Fiesole. Not too concerned about budget - this is a 50th anniversary trip next May.

Next door is Hotel Athena, they also have parking and same view
Pienza
Piccolo Hotel la Valle

Easy access secure on-site parking, right next to town wall, so less than 2 min walk.
No elevator (easy stairs and staff helped with bags) and rooms are small but the view from balcony is out of this world

Within walking distance from Piazza Mino at Fiesole I know only the Hotel Villa Bonelli. I have never stayed there and no idea if they have parking. Check online.

Thanks to both of you for the suggestions. Most of them don't show any availability for next May - do many Italian hotels not take reservations this far in advance?

Call them and check. Maybe the online application doesn’t take early reservations. I’m sure they speak English. When you call Italy use your landline as your cell phone international calls are likely to be very expensive. To call Italy from a landline dial 011 39 then the local number.
