Have a 6:am flight out of Venice!

I stayed here after a late-night arrival at VCE. They have a shuttle, check to see if it runs as early as you'll need. There is also a nearby Marriott and I think a Best Western. But nothing right at the airport.
You may be advised to take public transport or a water taxi from a hotel in Venice itself, getting up real early to allow enough time, but I'd advise against that. Too many uncertainties at that distance, especially over water.

Courtyard by Marriott Venice Airport is about 1 km from the airport. The have an airport shuttle a few minutes to the airport but the earliest is 5 am.

we stayed at best western titian hotel a few years ago. they had a shuttle to airport for our early departure. good luck and enjoy

We stayed at Hotel Regit in Mestre, although our flight wasn’t quite that early. It was easy to take the ATVO bus to the airport. We were coming from elsewhere in northern Italy and not actually visiting Venice.

For future travelers planning their trips, these early morning flights out of Marco Polo are a good reason NOT to put Venice at the end of your itinerary. Consider putting it at the start, as it is a lovely place to get over jet lag.
