Any recommendations for a decent, reasonably priced hotel near the train station?

We stayed at Hotel Berna at the end of May. Wonderful staff, great breakfast, clean rooms. 5 min walk to the train station. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

I agree with Gail. We have stayed at the Hotel Berna many times and have always been satisfied with the property. It is a 4 star hotel. You can also look at venere.com and tripadvisor.com for client reviews or other hotels.

We stayed at the Hotel Berna as well, just two nights ago. It was great. Really convenient (go out of the main train station, look for the road directly in front of you, then look for the one just to the left of that and it's down there half a block), comfortable, not too expensive, and very welcoming.
