Looking for a nice hotel in Venice, easy to get to, air cond. with a balcony if possible. The more I look at RS's suggestions the more confused I get. Thanks

We stayed at Hotel Riva and they have many rooms that have AC. We didn't have a balcony but the windows open right up to the canals, breathtaking!

We stayed at Casa Rezzonico. So quiet.
I don't think they hve balconies, but they have a large garden. It's very quiet and clean, and the two brothers who own it offer such warm hospitality. We'd never stay anywhere else!
15 minute walk to either San Marco or Rialto. Light breakfast included. Huge rooms, big bathrooms.
