H. Alexander, To begin with, you may get a few "comments" about using all capitals, as that's considered "yelling" in internet terms. Regarding your Hotel question, you might have a look at Hotel Desiree. It's a more basic property, but the views from some of the rooms are good. The rooms are comfortable and the owners are wonderful. If you want something a bit more "upscale", you could consider La Tonnarella which is right next door. The part that's difficult to answer is the question of "moderately priced", as I don't know what your criteria are? Happy travels!
