Hotels in Sicily over Memorial Day weekend?

Hello, yall. Will be arriving late in Catania the evening of Friday, May 24th. Will need a B&B/hotel there for one evening, as well as one on Sunday, May 26th. Then, we'd like a hotel in Siracuse on Saturday, May 25th (something really nice). Can anyone suggest good accommodations? Grazie mille. Linda
