Hotels in Ortisei (St. Ulrich)

Hello

I am planning to stay in Ortisei from June 8-11. Some hotels like Grones (where I had wanted to stay) do not open until mid-June. Anyone have a tip on a nice place (family run?) open a little earlier in the season? Thanks.
