I'm not familiar with any of those properties, but hopefully they have vacancies in August!
Cinque Terre dal Mare appears to be an apartment, so you'll probably have to provide your own breakfast. It appears to be right in the main area of Riomaggiore, so that's a good feature.
Hotel Palazzo Murat provides a good breakfast, which is a feature I always look for. Keep in mind that Positano is not served by rail, so transportation to and from there will be via Bus, Taxi, boat or private car service.
Hotel Alfonso A Mare in Praiano seems to be a bit "out-of-the-way" so it may be more of an effort to take day trips (if that's something you're planning).
Regardless of which hotels you choose, it's likely going to be hot & crowded in August, as that's when many Italians also take their holidays.
You could also check the RS Italy 2018 guidebook, as there will be many listings for hotels there. The books also have lots of information on restaurants, transportation, sightseeing suggestions, etc.
