We have settled on the main hubs in our 12 days Italian itinerary: Venice – 3 nights, Tuscany ( rent car)- 4 nights, Rome 4 nights.
Any recommendations for hotels/B&B ? We would like to stay under 120 euros per night.

Hi there,
Just did Venice and Tuscany last June. Here's a suggestion for those: Venice check out the Gran Canal apartment. www.vrbo.com/155941. You can't beat this place. We stayed there and it is fantastic. You won't find a hotel room to compare without paying twice the price. It is air conditioned and sound proofed, great location, newly remodelled etc. We were afraid it was too good to be true but it was awesome. I highly recommend it.
Tuscany: www.agriturismosavernano.com. Once again, almost too good to be true but turned out to be fantastic. Check out the ratings on tripadvisor.com.
