Hotels at or very near Malpensa airport in Milan

1) I need a single room at or very near Malpensa for a morning return flight to the U.S.

2) Also, the least expensive transportation to the airport?

3) If arriving from Turin, is it better to fly to Malpensa or travel by train? Cost; time, etc.
I have flown into and out of Malpensa in years past but do not recall hotels on site (such as in Paris, etc.). Are there now hotels at the airport and if so which ones? Thanks! Patricia

First you need to know which train station you are arriving at from Turin. Without checking schedules, I would assume it would be the Central station. The simpler route to the airport would be the airport shuttle bus - about an hour run depending on traffic. The train mentioned above goes to the Cadorna station which is on the west side of the city. Although the train is quicker, about 30 minutes, you would have to use the subway or a taxi to get to Cadorna from the Central station. In the end about the same amount of time.

Here's a link to a list of airport hotels. The prices may be out of date and it's always good to check on Tripadvisor for recent reviews:
