Any recommendations for solid, respectable airport hotel at the Leonardo Da Vinci airport in Rome for overnight stay after midnight arrival from USA?
Here's the Hilton that's at the airport. http://www3.hilton.com/en/hotels/italy/hilton-rome-airport-ROMAPTW/about/index.html
But where are you arriving from and how long will you have been traveling? Are you then staying in Rome? If so, I would consider the alternative of taking the airport Hilton lodging cost, spending 48 Euros of that money on a set-fee Rome cab fare and just going to my Rome hotel. Then you can sleep in and relax in the morning, knowing you don't have to move again.
I am flying from Houston on Turkish Airlines through Istanbul to Rome before flying on to Palermo, Sicily. I leave Houston at 8 p.m. and arrive in Rome the next day at midnight. It's a long, long day. My plan is to catch a morning flight to Palermo so I just need a clean, comfortable, inexpensive room for a quick overnight sleep.
I would stay at the Hilton because it can be walked to. It may be over your budget, but you'd have to add in two taxis. Some off airport hotels charge for the shuttle, to get a lower room price in online competition!

Wow, I hope you saved a whole boat-load of money. There are much faster ways to get to Rome...
There are two Hilton properties at FCO - the Hilton Rome Airport (kind of across from the main terminals, semi-connected via a very long sky-bridge) and a Hilton Garden Inn on the shuttle route out by long-term parking. Make sure you know which you are booking... Neither hotel is particularly inexpensive - you pay for the convenience.
I've stayed in this Hilton (not by choice) and found it to be one of the least desirable Hiltons I've every stayed in. The "Double" rooms are just that - two single beds. To get into a larger bed, you have to upgrade to a King room at almost e300 a night. And the vast majority appeared to 'smoking' rooms (or were once 'smoking' and no amount of cleaning has removed the strong odor).
If you desire refreshments upon arrival, I would pick them up in the airport BEFORE heading to the hotel as there are no vending machines (of any type) and a can of soda at the bar (may not be open at that hour) was about 8 euro.
We have stayed at the Hilton Rome Airport several times. We are not Hilton fans but the hotel is perfectfor a short stay. It is within walking distance from the airport and has a free shuttle that takes you into Rome for an evening or day if you desire. If I recall it leaves and picks up from Rome every 2 hours.
OK airport hotel. Nothing more. Have stayed there and the restaurant was +/- If you have the time stay in the central part of Roma.

Unfortunately, the Rome Airport Hilton is the only one directly connected to the airport. It's not cheap. All the others (including other Hiltons) are a shuttle ride away; by the time you deal with that, on both ends, you lose a good bit of the benefit of staying at an airport hotel.
Here's my review of the Rome Airport Hilton from my stay in May 2014: https://community.ricksteves.com/travel-forum/italy-reviews/rome-accommodation-rome-airport-hilton
For your purposes, it probably is the best bet.
