Hotel Antiche Mura: very nice place in a good location. Spring for a larger Comfort Room: worth the price for the space. Breakfast is included in the tariff, and the staff was great. Oh, and they have a pool, if you're going during the hot-and-sticky season.

We have booked 5nights at Villa Monica B&B - we learned about them here on the RS forums & then researched it on TripAdvisor - they are the #2 B&B in Sorrento. The price for us is 90Euros a night w/a very nice breakfast, amazing views, true Italian experience - read some of the reviews on TripAdvisor. You don't even need a car - they shuttle you into Sorrento many times a day & can help you set up day trips to surrounding areas- Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, Herculaneum, Pompeii, etc. They have been very helpful already via email.

Probably you have already booked somewhere, but I didn' want to miss the opportunity to add another vote for Villa Monica B&B! ... It's a wonderful place!
