Based on recommendations in Rick Steves' guidebook I tried to book the Hotel Riva in Venice. However, they emailed me and said it is under renovation and recommended Angeli Palace. (http://www.angelipalace.com) It looks nice on the website, but I'm just a little concerned because I can't find anything about it elsewhere online. It looks newer so that may be why.
Has anyone heard of this hotel? Thanks for any help!
