hotel vecellio in Venice--not mentioned by rick Steeves ,but highly recommended by friends -anyone know about it, all I know is it is right at Vaparetto stop to airport

Have you read the reviews in trip advisor? You can also send a personal email to any of the people that reviewed the hotel and ask additional questions.

Didn't actually get to stay there.
We had a reservation for the night of 9-25-2007 but they overbooked and sent us to the Hotel Ca' d'ora at the same rate. It was a little further walk , in the poring rain the next morning, to the Aliluguna boat stop to the airport.
