I spent months on this board before taking my family to Italy over New Years and as others have mentioned this forum is such a great tool. Then the trip was over and I wanted to get back on the forum to give back, but really could not find the time till now. What spurred me on was an email I got from some company called Nozio that wanted a review on the Hotel Valley in Milan that we booked thru them. This Hotel is in Ricks book. It is a 1 star hotel, but we have stayed at 1, 2, 3* hotels Rick has in his books and know what to expect. With that said I cannot believe this hotel is in Ricks book. It was the worst experience my family has ever experienced in the 10 years we have been traveling to Europe always faithful to Rick. So 1 out of a hundred is not bad Rick, but please take this out of your book or look into it again. More about the trip later in other posts.

There's a section for feedback on Rick's recommendations on the Graffiti Wall. His staff read that section. They mostly leave us alone.
