Hotel Smeraldo - superior double room parione

I booked 4 rooms at the Hotel Smeraldo last month for 8 adults next May for 6 nights. After the recent posts about Smeraldo vs Lancelot I decided to look at the room sizes again. Two of the rooms say Superior Double Room Parione.
For those who have stayed here, are these rooms in a different building? It says the Parione Annex just 10 meters away. Is the annex, say across a courtyard, or across a street?

I only ask because we are family and the cousin heading up this trip (and paying all rooms and transport) is very picky. I was wondering if
- I should email hotel and ask for all rooms in the main building
- Just leave it as is cause the Parione is fine (that’s what I am asking here)
- Look for another hotel while I have time

Thanks for any info or detail you can give me.

I stayed in the annex last year. It was across the narrow street and it was fine.

Thank you Liz for the answer.
When I am planning for just my husband and I we aren’t as picky. But planning for a small group can be stressful. Luckily none of them are into planning, they usually take tours, so I might just be putting too much pressure on myself.

The annex is directly across an almost pedestrian only narrow road. Those who had rooms in annex reported they were good size. I was in a solo room that was small, but adequate, in the main hotel.
