Hotel Silla in Florence

Has anyone stayed at Hotel Silla in Florence and how did you like it? I have tried several times by email to get in touch with them with some questions and requests and I can't get them to respond. Suggestions?

We stayed at the Hotel Silla a few years ago and really liked it. Big, comfortable rooms, and a great location from which we could easily walk to all the major sights of Florence. Maybe you should try calling instead of email? (but remember the time difference)
