I can't find much information on this subject.
I have a very early in the morning flight on RyanAir out of Rome's Ciampino Airport.
Can anyone please give me a suggestion on a hotel/lodging that is close by to the airport?
My criteria is: clean, safe, close to the airport and affordable.
Any help is appreciated, extra points if you can give personal experience!

The airport is about 16KM or 10 miles from termini. Google maps lists it as about a 30 minute drive.
How early is your flight? Perhaps just stay in Rome and get a cab in the morning?

There is this place next to Ciampino train station.

Unfortunately, Ciampino station is on the other side of the runway from the terminal. But it is a short taxi ride.

Saw that, but with a 6 am flight, you still might need a pre-booked taxi.
