Someone recommended the Hotel Quirinale in Rome for an upcoming trip. Has anyone had experience there, good or bad? I need a place that is centrally located, clean, not too expensive, and good for staying with a 70-year-old mother (i.e., a little space wouldn't be bad, and I guess this hotel has large rooms by European standards).
