Hotel Por Santa Maria in Florence

We are still looking for economical choices for hotels in Florence and Rome for mid October. Looks like the rates really shoot up in Rome. In Florence we found Hotel Por Santa Maria at 90 euro a night. Has anyone stayed there/know anything about it? Looks like the hotel picture shows a clear "pre-fab" shower in the corner of the room.

If the picture you are seeing is the same as here, it is one small shower! The location looks great - but do they have a lift?
